This is a great addition to my climbing treestand, It adjust up and down out of the way when climbing. Having a steady rest with long shots is much better than shooting freehanded. It was easy to install,, The only down side is I think the 16" camo pad needs to be long enough to go all the way across the front rail. If you have an Older API Climbing treestand that measures 20.5(20 and half inch inside) this works on that stand also. Hope this information helps someone.
