The DRD Tactical Paratus Generation 2 was developed for the Clandestine Break-Down Rifle (CSR) program, initiated by an open request for such a system by the Joint and Special Operations Program (JSOP). The primary feature of this specialized system is its ability to break down into an extremely small overall package quickly and easily. The entire rifle can be assembled from the component parts in less than a minute, without the use of any tools. This ability makes it the perfect backpacking rifle, or great for any situation where a full-power battle rifle may be needed.



The patented Magpul grip and folding stock add ergonomic benefits to the system, and the extended free floating 13" rail provides plenty of real estate for lights, lasers, and a bipod. A side charging handle provide an easy means to make ready while keeping the rifle firmly mounted to the shoulder.
