The Byrd Flight Stainless Steel Knife has a heavy duty handle that is constructed of satin-finished stainless steel with chamfered edges. There is a signature -inch comet hole -inch blade hole that provides ambidexious one-handed opening. There is a hollow-ground stainless steel blade with plain cutting edge. There is also a mid-positioned back lock with David Boye Dent locks blade securely open and prevents accidental closure.
