In 1990, Buck introduced their first interchangeable blade knife with the release of the original Selector. Although long since discontinued, the Selector became a favorite for many Buck users and many have requested that Buck bring this back. Buck listened with the Selector 2.0. Based on the successful Open Season hunting line, the Buck 550BKS Selector 2.0 currently features three interchangeable blades including a drop point, partially serrated drop point and a gutting blade. Each blade is 420HC stainless steel and heat treated by Buck's patented heat treating process. The two extra blades have plastic covers to safely and easily change them out. They fit nicely in the heavy-duty polyester sheath. It is a one hand opening knife with a mid-lock design. Made in the USA
