The V-Sharp Xtreme Edge is an adjustable, freehand, precision knife sharpener that keeps your knife at a consistent angle every time. It uses two high quality, 325 grit natural diamond honing rods that sharpen the blade on both sides simultaneously and includes finishing steels.



Snap-in Rods make for quick angle and grit changes; just snap them out, choose the angle (17, 20, 25, 30 degree) and snap back. It uses a durable ABS plastic housing, is extremely lightweight (only 229 grams), and completely waterproof (so it won't rust), making it versatile while out in the field or boat. The Xtreme Edge has adjustable spring tension and is ideal for kitchen, fillet, hunting and most other flat-blade knives.
