The V-Sharp Classic II uses two high quality, 325 grit natural diamond rods that sharpen the blade on both sides simultaneously using calibrated spring tension and includes finishing steels. It has three adjustable angles (20, 25, 30 degree) and is ideal for kitchen, fillet, hunting and most other flat-blade knives. This high-quality model has a hand-crafted steel frame with a durable powdercoat finish and a solid rubber base. The Classic II weighs 709 grams (25 oz). This model has a red frame finish and includes a wood base.
