SIG Sauer is excited to introduce the new MCX Virtus Patrol gas piston driven semi-automatic rifle. The word Virtus is derived from Latin and carried connotations of Valor, masculinity, excellence, courage, character and worth in ancient Rome. All of these meanings are forged into the very essence of this rifle providing you with the ultimate in gas piston driven semi auto AR-15 style rifles. This particular model features a 16" Carbon steel cold hammer forged barrel along with a free float M-LOK compatible hand guard. The barrel features a 1:7" twist rate that is ideal for heavier projectiles, while the 1/2x28 threaded muzzle has a flash hider which helps reduce muzzle signature. The side folding and telescoping stock means that you can pack this rifle away in as small of a space of just 26.5", while when the rifle is extended for use you can adjust the stock out to a nice 35.5". Moreover this particular model features a special Concrete Gray finish.
