The Remington 700 chassis system with Squaredrop hand guard is designed specifically for Remington 700 Short Action Platforms. The chassis is constructed from extremely durable aircraft grade aluminum which features a hard coat anodized matte black finish. The chassis will allow you to free float the barrel of your Remington 700 platform rifle while providing you with AI/Magpul magazine compatibility. The integrated picatinny rail has 0 MOA bias built in and the chassis will accept the use of most AR-15 style pistol grip and stock systems.
