Nosler M48 Liberty Bolt Action Rifle 28 26" Barrel 3 Round Gray With Black Spider Webbing

The 28 Nosler is Nosler Bullets' second proprietary cartridge, following the 26 Nosler in 2015. It is based on the 26 Nosler necked up to 7mm, thus based on the 7mm Remington Ultra Magnum case shortened…which was based on the 404 Jeffery case. Case length is 2.590 inches, allowing it to be housed in standard (30-06-length) actions. The base diameter is .550-inch, with the rim slightly rebated to .543-inch. The 28 Nosler has been the most popular of the Nosler series. It is not as overbore capacity as the 7mm RUM, making it more efficient and allowing a greater variety of propellants. With a 26-inch barrel velocity of up to 3300 feet per second is possible with a 160-grain bullet, making it, as Nosler describes it, "the most powerful 7mm in the world."
