The 6.5 Precision Rifle Cartridge (PRC) is one of the newest cartridges from a major manufacturer, introduced by Hornady in 2017. With a 2.030-inch case it can be housed in short bolt actions, and case length allows use of long-for-caliber 6.5mm bullets.
