Neck Sizing is only used for bolt-action rifles. The Neck Sizer set includes of a Neck Sizer Die with an Expander-Decapping Unit and and a Seater Die with Bullet Seater Plug. The Neck Sizer Die resizes the neck only and removes the spent primer. The included Seater Die has a built-in roll crimper style seater that secures the bullet while it is being seated.
