The shotgun is fine. The buying experience could have been better. Just be forewarned before you go. Know exactly what you're getting and all that should come with it. They don't seem to have a problem with shorting you. Read on for the whole story: Saw Wholesale listing that they had the Browning Citori 725 Field NIB. Called to verify and they said yes. Immediately drove the 2 hours to their store and they said all they had left was a demo model. It looked fine with a couple very minor dents in the stock. Not going to be a safe queen, so no big deal. However, no manual, no choke tube wrench and missing a choke tube. I asked the guy I was dealing with if they would work with me as it was a demo and due to the missing pieces. He said sure but had to check with who I assume was a manager. Now, the young man who was my salesman was great and the 2 or 3 other workers I spoke with all seemed like really good people. This manager, although not at all horribly obnoxious, was short, very dismissive and said he wouldn't give a break. He said they would print a manual and that the shotgun didn't come with any chokes besides the two in the barrels or any other accessories. Ok, fine, I took his word for it, I'm not a dealer. I would just call Browning when I got home and order a real replacement manual. I can print 8 1/2x11 sheets myself. As soon as I got home I called Browning customer service and explained what I had purchased, my experience and what they actually sold me. Their representative told me it was supposed to come with a 3rd choke tube and a choke wrench, and of course, the manual. She said she would send all 3 out to me as soon as possible and did although it takes a little while. Bravo and A+++ for Browning. C+/B- for Wholesale Hunter.
