These dies are used specifically for sizing the neck of the case and Expanding/Decapping. The Neck Sizing die will not adjust the shoulder or case body. This type of sizing is normally reserved for bolt action guns as semi-autos require full length sizing. The Sizing die will also remove the expended primer and ready the case for reloading.
