It’s ultra-sharp out of the package and with just the right amount of flex to glide over the bones. It features our SOFGRIP™ handle that is soft to the grip and provides great control along with slip resistance. This knife is made with our proprietary high carbon, high alloy, stain free DEXSTEEL™.
