This specially designed V-Shaped alumina ceramic hone fits the serrated edges of any kitchen, electric carving, filet, bread and Clipit style serrated knives. Also features a V-shaped groove for sharpening all pointed items. Medium hone is good for rehabilitating and reshaping serrated edges, but does not sharpen to final edge.
