The interior snap firmly locks cuffs in place without having flaps or snaps exposed, allowing for a quick draw approach for reducing a time delay for retrieving your cuffs. The Open Drop Bottom allows extra room for cuff chains or hinges to fall through without impeding cuff retrevial.
