I have large hands, and the standard Ruger grips are to small to maintain a grip on their Vaquero revolvers. Hogue grips solve the problem, and provide a better overall grip for better control.
It really tames the recoil of the .41 mag Blackhawk. Kinda bulky but it works for me.
