The item is as described. The image is blurry and hard to see details. The blade came sharpened but not sharp. 20 minutes with a stone produced a sharp serviceable edge. Tie down cords are useless. Not even shoelace quality. Replace with 550 cord or some good leather shoelaces. This knife is very good for its intended purpose. It has a serious poll for hammering, can sharpened to the desired edge for your intention. Sheath is serviceable and adaptable stone is serviceable and good quality semi rough grit. This is a field knife for all around rough duty and will last for decades of cared for. Customer service is poor. Tried to cancel by email minutes after placing order. Called and cancelled by phone next morning. Card still charged. Order still shipped. Asked them to start return by email. No return started. I like the product enough to give to my brother (with the marine fighting knife) but will not order from this company again.
