• Uses two (easy to find) "AA" alkaline batteries; also accepts two "AA" lithium batteries for extended operation in extreme temperature environments (-40°F to 150°F)
• Tactile battery polarity indication on body facilitates battery replacement in the dark
o Battery compartment cap hinged to prevent loss
• Multi-function push-button power switch
